Pepitas y Camarones - Award Winning Salsa
This fantastic thick, rich salsa is made with Pepitas (roasted pumpkin seeds), Sun-dried tomatoes, shrimp, limes, white onions, tomatoes, chipotles, and spices. It has a little bit of a kick from the Chipotle peppers, but the huge amount of flavor makes this salsa unlike anything you have ever tasted before. It is so thick, so flavorful, so unique that it wowed all the judges at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and they voted it the Nation's BEST SALSA!

No Kissin' Now Garlic Salsa
A nice rich tomato and jalapeño salsa spiced up with The Salsa King's favorite spices; and then BLASTED with GARLIC! This stuff is made for anyone that loves garlic, and as we said before, it shares a 3 year "Command Performance," along with our Flaming Green Garlic Passion, at the Gilroy Garlic Festival! It is a nice medium heat level from all the rich jalapeños we add, but the flavor is fantastic. It is absolutely exquisite! For a quick Southwestern style Italian Dinner, add a jar of this salsa, with a 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes, some meatballs (frozen from the wholesale club store) and heat till bubbling. Serve over penne or other pasta. Try it, it is fabulous!!!! And so Easy!

Hatch Chili Salsa
This salsa is fantastic! Rich and spicy. It has a very High-Moderate heat level. A touch of Cinnamon helps to tone down the heat and gives the salsa a festive spirit. Cinnamon? Yeah, I know, weird. It really is not overpowering, it is just a touch, and that touch will add a tremendous depth of character to the overall flavor. It is one of our most popular salsas!

Flaming Green Garlic Passion Salsa
Roasted garlic has a natural sweetness to it as the sugars in oven roasted garlic caramelize. That wonderful sweet garlic is the perfect accompaniment to the gentle heat of Hatch jalapeños. This salsa is thick with oven roasted garlic, and has a nice high-medium heat level from lots and lots of jalapeños grown in Hatch New Mexico, the chili capital of the world. This is a great salsa to cook with!
